QuickBooks Specific Modules

These four workshops enable you to focus on specific aspects of

QuickBooks to become even more effective and productive.

 

5  Accounts Payable

Use your accounts payable system to effectively manage your costs. This workshop is focused for businesses that schedule bills to be paid once or twice a month. It also helps you track when bills are due and discounts can be taken.

 

You'll learn to:

 

  • Enter bills

  • Pay bills

  • Set up vendors

  • Track 1099 information

  • Track and pay sales tax

  • Use the expense or item tab when entering bills

  • Attach expenses and sales to specific jobs, projects, or customers

  • Look for reports needed to monitor payables

Prerequisites

You must be familiar with QuickBooks or have taken a QuickBooks Pillars Workshop. Bring your own laptop with your database installed, or call us about renting a computer.

Registration limited to first 10 students.

One-half day—Four hours, 9 am to 1 pm OR 1 to 5 pm
