QuickBooks Specific Modules

These four workshops enable you to focus on specific aspects of

QuickBooks to become even more effective and productive.

 

4  Accounts Receivable

Set up your accounts receivable system to make it even more efficient. Fine tune your customer database for maximum profitability.

 

You'll learn to:

  • Set up a customer account

  • Add projects or jobs to the same customer

  • Integrate item list and chart of accounts

  • Create templates

  • Create invoices or sales receipts

  • Develop estimates and sales orders

  • Receive payments and make deposits

  • Work with the undeposited funds account

  •  Track credit memos and refunds

  • Record a deposit on a job or project

  • Determine where your customers come from

Prerequisites

You must be familiar with QuickBooks or have taken a QuickBooks Pillars Workshop. Bring your own laptop with your database installed, or call us about renting a computer.

Registration limited to first 10 students.

One-half day—Four hours, 9 am to 1 pm OR 1 to 5 pm
