QuickBooks Pillars

Take all three of the QuickBooks Pillars or select the workshop that's best-suited to your particular business.

 

1  Start-up with QuickBooks

Set up an accounting system that meets your business needs. You start by creating your own database in class. Yes, this is hands-on learning at its best.

 

You'll learn to:

  • Set up the chart of accounts for your business

  • Set up the item list to work with your chart of accounts

  • Key in checks and deposits

  • Enter credit card transactions

  • Enter loan payments

  • Determine customer, vendor, employee or other types of payees

Prerequisites

You must have installed a current version of QuickBooks. Call our offfice to find out which version is suitable for your business. Bring your own laptop with your database installed, or call us about renting a computer.

 

Number of students

Registration limited to first 10 students.

 

Format

One-half day—Four hours, 9 am to 1 pm OR 1 to 5 pm

 

Cost

$199 One workshop

$349 Any two workshops that you register for at the same time
