Bookkeeping Service

Let Julia Fitzgerald, CPA handle your bookkeeping needs. Get monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual bookkeeping services. We set up your database for your specific business in QuickBooks.

The details:

• You set up a schedule for delivering your records to us

• You provide necessary bank, loan and credit card statements that we reconcile

• provide checkbooks and other expense receipts

• We key in the data

• We contact you via email with questions

• We let you know when bookkeeping is completed

• We provide a backup database disc or deliver via high speed Internet so you have access to your database

• We train you to read Financial Statements to help you make successful business decisions

• We answer all your questions

Cost:

$65 an hour for database setup and to bring database to current period. When set up is complete, we quote a flat fee for the regular upkeep of your bookkeeping
